Sometimes it helps to think of fear as an actual person and to take it from there. Here are SOME POINTERS to get you started.

  • START STRONG. Opening line: Dear Fear, It’s Over.
  • BE SPECIFIC. It’s important that you are clear about how fear has held you back and what it cost you. Did you ever walk away from a dream or idea because of fear? Is there a dream you have now, that fear is holding you back from pursuing?
  • BE HOPEFUL AND FORWARD THINKING. What do you stand to gain now that you’re breaking up with fear? What actions and chances will you take?

This is safe space. so go for it and have fun 🙂

It all started as a challenge from a friend to write a breakup letter to fear. Seeing how powerful it was, it evolved into a campaign to get others to write their own break up letters to fear.
